I'm an attorney at a large downtown lawfirm. I have a civil litigation/appellate practice, with a focus on products liability defense.
Since this blog is about Austin land use, zoning and development, I should disclose that a prominent group of land-use attorneys joined my firm in June 2006. They generally represent developers. While I may agree with some of the positions they or their clients take, I don't have any sort of land use or zoning practice myself, and do not purport to speak for them.
