Las Manitas and the Marriott have made a deal

Statesman story here.  No word yet on how much the Marriott is paying the sisters.  Anyone want to give odds that it is less than $750,000?

PS:  My most recent posts on the Las Manitas-Marriott flap are here and here.

Trying to think of any bridges left for the Perez sister's to burn.....Nope, that's all of them. They can bat a perfect record of ill will by not re-openning.

Honestly, I think in the end they played it exactly how they should have from the start. Council is to blame for much of the mess by getting involved on the business level. This was basically a case-study in how NOT to do something.
